By accessing and using the Nallvex platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.
2. eSIM Usage & Compatibility
The Service provides digital eSIM profiles for cellular data. You are solely responsible for ensuring your device is eSIM compatible and network-unlocked. No refunds will be issued for device incompatibility once the eSIM has been generated or activated.
3. Data Usage Policy
Data plans are valid for the specific duration and data amount purchased. "Unlimited" plans may be subject to Fair Usage Policies (FUP) as defined by local carrier partners in each jurisdiction. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend service for excessive usage that impacts network stability.
4. Prohibited Activities
You may not use the Service for any illegal activities, including but not limited to: unauthorized network access, data scraping, or any activity that violates the local laws of the country where the eSIM is active.
5. Limitation of Liability
Nallvex shall not be held liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the services, including but not limited to network outages caused by local providers or technical device failures.
