Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

Due to the nature of digital goods, refunds are generally only granted for:

  • Technical failure to generate the eSIM QR code.
  • Verified lack of network service in the destination country (unrelated to device compatibility).
  • Duplicate accidental purchases reported within 24 hours.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

We cannot issue refunds in the following scenarios:

Device is not eSIM compatible.
Device is locked to a specific carrier.
eSIM has already been activated/used.
Change of travel plans after purchase.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and technical logs (if applicable). Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.

4. Technical Troubleshooting

Before requesting a refund for service issues, you must contact our 24/7 technical support to attempt resolution. Often, issues can be fixed by simply adjusting APN settings or toggling Data Roaming.
