Nallvex eSIM Platform
At Nallvex, we value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. If you have authenticated with Nallvex using your Facebook Login, you can request the deletion of your account and associated Facebook data at any time.
1. How to Remove Nallvex from Facebook
If you want to remove the Nallvex login integration from your Facebook account, follow these steps:
- Go to your Facebook profile's Settings & Privacy > Settings.
- Scroll down and select Apps and Websites on the left-hand menu.
- Find Nallvex in the list of active apps.
- Click the Remove button next to the app name.
- Confirm the removal when prompted.
2. Requesting Permanent Data Deletion
Removing the app from Facebook stops further data access, but does not automatically delete your existing account details from our database. To request the complete and permanent deletion of your Nallvex account, plan purchases, and eSIM profiles:

Send a deletion request email to our support team at [email protected] with the subject Facebook Data Deletion Request.
*Please write from the same email address that is linked to your Facebook account so we can verify ownership.
3. What Data Will Be Deleted
Upon verifying your request, Nallvex will permanently purge:
- Your customer account profile (name, email address, and Facebook ID link).
- Your plan purchase history records.
- Your active and expired eSIM activation metadata.
Once deleted, this action cannot be undone, and you will lose access to any active eSIM profiles or data balances.
